General Terms of Use
By accessing, browsing and/or using this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these regulations and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, then please do not use this site. Equiclass Limited reserves the right to change the terms and conditions under which the website and the products are provided. Any such change in terms and conditions will be effective once included in the text of these terms and conditions and published on the website.
Ordering
When placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.
When you place your order via our website, we will send a confirmation email which will detail the products ordered, payment method, and cost (including VAT and P&P). You much check that all details on this confirmation email are correct and contact Equiclass Limited as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.
Please note that your order constitutes only an offer to purchase good from us and does not form a binding contract until accepted by us. No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Equiclass Limited until we accept your order by dispatching the product to you, notwithstanding that we may have sent an email confirmation.
Prices / Payments
All prices are in GBP sterling and are exclusive of delivery charges. All prices are subject to VAT where applicable. Payments accepted by BACS, credit card, debit card, apple pay and google pay.
We reserve the right to adjust prices and offers at our discretion and any time before we accept your offer.
We must receive full payment of the price of the goods before we can accept any order.
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation check and authorisation by their card issuer.
Any discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional code will not be applied until the order is accepted and your payment card is charged. Discount codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered.
We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown but very occasionally an error may occur. If this should happen, we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the goods as the correct price.
Klarna
Klarna’s (Pay in 3 instalments) and (Pay in 30 days) are unregulated credit agreements. Borrowing more that you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit. 18+, UK residents only. Subject to status. Ts & Cs and late fees apply.

Stock
Good are subject to availability. Our site automatically updates each time an item is sold, however in the rare event that your item is sold out we will contact you as soon as possible.
All sizes and measurements are approximate and intended as a guide, although we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time they are published on the site. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been published incorrectly, including prices and promotions.
All product images are as accurate as possible, however, due to several different factors such as internet browsers, monitor colour contrasts etc, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour between the image and the actual product.
We reserve the right to withdraw products from sale at our discretion, at any time without notice.
Cancellations
Where applicable, you can cancel your order in with your rights under certain regulations, commonly referred to as the "Distance Selling Regulations". This statutory right allows you to tell us that you wish to cancel your contract with us and receive a refund if you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us. This is often referred to as a "cooling off right".
To cancel your order prior to product despatch we advise that you contact us by telephone as soon as possible after ordering as this will be a quicker way of us dealing with the cancellation and stopping the product being shipped.
For orders cancelled after dispatch, you must tell us that you wish to cancel as explained above and then follow our returns procedure as explained below.
You are responsible for return postage costs which you will pay in sending the goods back to us.
Please note that these cancellation rights do not affect your rights in respect of something which we may do wrong, for example if we supply defective goods or fail to deliver the goods to you.
Bespoke product orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced, production normally commences within 5 working days of the order being placed with Equiclass Limited.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to have your purchase with you as soon as possible. Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full.
If we hold your product in stock in our UK show room, we will dispatch it within three working days.
If we have to order your purchase from the manufacturer, please allow a maximum of twelve weeks for delivery. Please allow an additional four weeks around August time when the Italian factory is closed.
You must inform us within two working days of the expected delivery date to you if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company to correct the problem.
We are not responsible for any delays which occur whilst your goods are in transit with courier.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping charges apply for all products order from Equiclass Limited. For customers outside of the UK, shipping charges are applied as specified on the check out page. Customers outside of the UK are responsible for any local taxes and / or duties incurred.
Returns
You may return your order for an exchange or refund within the cancellation period explained above provided the goods are returned in a resaleable condition and not damaged as a result of you handling them (Condition will be confirmed by Equiclass Limited upon receipt). If the goods are returned to us in a damaged state, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from any amount we are to refund to you. Once you decide to return the goods you must not use them and must take reasonable care of them while they remain in your possession. The goods must be returned to us intact and undamaged as soon as reasonably possible, and within 30 days of you receiving them.
It is your responsibility to pay the postage costs for any items returned to Equiclass Limited. We advise that you use a recorded method of carriage for returning your goods. We are not responsible for items lost or delayed on their way back to us unless you have a proof of postage / receipt. In the event of a lost parcel, you as the sender are responsible for processing a claim.
In the case of faulty goods, or goods which have been sent incorrectly, we will refund your reasonable return postage costs.
Please note bespoke products, such as made to measure boots are not returnable and are not valid for refunds or exchanges unless they are damaged or faulty.
Refunds
All refunds will be processed via your original method of payment for the price of the goods.
Warranty
Our manufacturers take great pride in the design and craftsmanship of all their products. Only the very best raw materials are used to the highest manufacturing standards.
All products come with a six-month warranty* against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty commences on receipt of the product by the customer. Only products purchased directly from Equiclass Limited are covered under this warranty. Customers are responsible to return the product to Equiclass Limited at their own cost and within the warranty period.
Please allow up to ten weeks for warranty repairs to be completed and the product to be returned to you. The reason for this timescale is to allow for the product to be returned to our overseas manufacturer.
The warranty does NOT apply to ordinary wear and tear or to damage resulting from abuse, improper maintenance or lack of maintenance, negligence, improper repair, and alteration, or if the product is used other than in the manner it is to be intended to be.
All products must be returned to Equiclass Limited in a clean condition accompanied with a completed returns form which is available upon request. Any product returned not meeting these requirements will be returned to you.
*The six month warranty expires at the end of the six month period and is not subject to how often the product has been used in that time period.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
Equiclass Limited quality check all items before dispatch. However, should you receive a product that you feel is damaged or faulty please contact Equiclass Limited via email within seven days of receipt and we will investigate further.
